Admitted to the Paris and Casablanca Bars, Halima primarily advises on corporate law and commercial contracts, with a particular focus on strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and corporate restructurings. She assists clients throughout the entire transaction process, from legal due diligence and transaction structuring to contract negotiation and drafting, through to the coordination and successful completion of transactions. Prior to joining ADNA, Halima worked at international law firms in Casablanca. She graduated from the Grande École Programme at Neoma Business School and holds a master’s degree in business law and taxation from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University. Halima is fluent in French, English, and Arabic.
