Halima advises clients on corporate law matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, fundraising transactions, and corporate restructurings. She also advises on commercial contracts. She supports clients throughout all stages of a transaction, including legal due diligence, structuring, negotiation and drafting of transaction documents, as well as deal execution and closing. Before joining ADNA, Halima worked at international law firms in Casablanca, served as Corporate Counsel within a Big Four firm in Paris, and gained experience at Paris-based law firms. Halima holds a Master in Management (Grande École Program) from Neoma Business School and a Master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University. She is admitted to the Paris and Casablanca Bars and is fluent in French, Arabic, and English.
